Hi all,
I have a strange behaviour here: I generated a 4K and an HD MP4 for the authoring tool. Just after import, when I try to play back my video in LC, the application crashes without showing a simgle frame. Any ideas?
In compressor, I used the “Vimeo up to 4K” setting.

replied 7 years ago Hi Thomas, I figured out what the problem was: I was too quick at hitting the play button. I eventually remembered you saying “Wait until copying is done” and that fixed it.
