Explore the new language
of cinematic VR
Liquid Cinema is a revolutionary software that allows filmmakers, journalists, advertisers and educators to create and distribute highly sophisticated cinematic VR. It puts easy to use affordable tools in the hands of VR filmmakers, while giving broadcasters/digital content providers an out of the box solution to distribute cinematic VR content via the web, mobile and VR devices.
What can Liquid Cinema do that
other players can’t? … A lot!
Liquid Cinema takes cinematic VR to the next level with the most sophisticated players currently on the market. Liquid Cinema renders graphics live over the picture and content is triggered by the viewer’s gaze. It makes 360 videos fully interactive and that is just the beginning.
Combine any type of media on timeline
Liquid Cinema can play any kind of media you throw at it: 360, 360 3D, traditional 2D and 3D film and even panoramic stills. Unlike other players, all these formats can live in one timeline allowing Liquid Cinema to combine traditional and immersive media into one seamless experience. This opens up incredible creative possibilities. Imagine a traditional film shot going through a car window into the interior where it morphs seamlessly into a 360 immersive experience, spawning interactable visual elements that react to your gaze. Liquid Cinema is all about flow to help you unlock your creativity to tell your story.
Make your audience see what you
want them to see
Liquid Cinema solves one of the biggest problems in VR storytelling: directing attention. Your audience looks around and in the next scene they miss an important action because they are facing the wrong way. Liquid Cinema solves this problem by expanding the language of VR with a revolutionary concept: Forced Perspective. It ensures that your viewer will never miss an important piece of action ever again. Best of all it is so seamless that the viewer doesn’t even notice. Forced Perspective is a game changer for narrative VR and just one example of how Liquid Cinema gives control back to you the filmmaker.
You don’t need a developer to create cinematic VR
You don’t need to write one shred of code to use Liquid Cinema. Author with our easy to use intuitive drag and drop tool in a matter of hours. See the result in real time instantly across all platforms. No rendering necessary, ever! Liquid Cinema integrates 100% into your existing workflow saving you time and money.
Liquid Cinema allows you to channel your creativity
Liquid Cinema puts the tools in your hands to immerse your audience in your cinematic vision. All graphical elements and effects including subtitles, animated overlays, scrolling credits are live rendered and gaze controlled during playback to give you total control over the experience. Liquid Cinema even allows you to live render fades to avoid ugly compression artifacts that can ruin a VR experience. We have looked at every possible detail and have jam packed Liquid Cinema with features that allow you to take storytelling in VR to a whole other level.
True multi platform authoring
Those burned-in graphics in your 360 film may look good in terms of size and placement on the web but they may be too large and outside your field of view on a VR device. Why live with the compromise? Liquid Cinema lets you customize the layout, size, and behaviour of visual and interactive elements for each individual platform in minutes. You can even make changes after the film has been uploaded and gone live!
True Multi Language Workflow
Liquid Cinema makes language versioning of projects easy and economical. Add as many SRT subtitle files as you want. Since all graphical elements are live rendered creating a new language version of your project is as easy as dragging and dropping the graphical assets of the new language into the player. Additional language assets are kept in sync so when you make changes later they are made across all languages and platforms. This unique feature of Liquid Cinema will allow you to redistribute and resell your VR content into multiple countries and territories with minimal cost and effort.
Highly Customizable Backend
Under the hood Liquid Cinema has some very powerful publishing functions that let you control what, where and how you want to publish your content in our white label Apps. You can geo-block videos according to platform, language and territory. You can use unique thumbnail images and descriptions across as many language as you like. The backend management of Liquid Cinema is extremely flexible and will cover almost every use case you will encounter.
Liquid Cinema can tie into any Content Delivery Network. Many of our enterprise clients have their own large scale CDN’s. But if you are a smaller business the cost of hosting 360 Video can be a showstopper.
To solve this problem Liquid Cinema worked closely with Vimeo so that you can hook up your Vimeo Pro account to our white Label players across all platforms.
It’s all about your brands not ours
Our players and platform are 100% white label and meant to be fully customized to your brand. Use our players and software on your site, in your mobile app,
